Kyle K. Burns Founder and Chairman
Kyle K. Burns, Founder and Chairman of DreamStart Venture Capital, LLC, has more than fifteen years of experience with consumer product companies and startups. Formerly, Mr. Burns was President of MotorUP, a manufacturer and marketer of automotive consumer chemicals that has sold over $150 million since inception. He grew MotorUP, with minimal capital, in an already crowded and competitive market, into a global marketer in premium consumer chemicals. MotorUP is now found in over forty countries, including attaining a number one market share in the countries of Japan, Germany, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Singapore.
Mr. Burns is Chief Executive Officer of DreamStart, LLC (consumer products company), a product and marketing development manufacturing and sourcing company, with offices in Japan, Hong Kong, China, and the United States. Mr. Burns is leading his organization in the development and growth of consumer brands through partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, as well as intensifying an already competitive $100 billion plus contract manufacturing industry.
Raymond A. Alleman Advisor
Raymond A. Alleman, Executive Vice President- Marketing& Sales for DreamStart Venture Capital, LLC. He also works for another affiliate, MotorUP, in a similar capacity. In his position with both DreamStart and MotorUP, Mr. Alleman has worldwide responsibility for marketing, sales, business development, strategic planning, product development, brand management, advertising, sales management, and direct response marketing. Mr. Alleman has played an integral role in the re-launch of MotorUP, premium brand of automotive additives, producing $150 million of revenues since inception.
Mr. Alleman has also spearheaded the introduction of several revolutionary new products with both MotorUP and DreamStart, including WheelEze (the first and only automotive rim protector) and Remind-Door (the worlds first automatic door-activated messenger).
Formerly, Mr. Alleman was Vice President, Marketing & Sales with Sara Lee Corporation (Household & Personal Care Division). In this position, Mr. Alleman was responsible for a division doing over $200 million in sales. He was active in product development, product and technology licensing, the development of major advertising and promotion campaigns, and sales into a wide range of outlets.
Mr. Alleman has also held positions with SmithKline Beecham, Quaker Oats Company and M&M Mars.
Mr. Alleman has a BS from Penn State University and a MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.
